Clean air

SERVPRO of Southern York County does various levels of mold job. This job here was located in an attic. This mold was caused by a small ice dam over an overactive winter snow season. 

Our process

Jobs like these we like to make sure while we perform our work, the work area in contained and sealed off to make sure no un affected areas become contaminated. Following the containment process comes the HEPA vacuuming, to remove all the surface mold. Then the agitation of the mold (sanding, soda blasting, ice blast, etc) to remove the roots from the wood. This is all followed with with a treatment of an anti microbial. As you can see here the viable staining is no more!
