Wood flooring removal
During the drying process we make every attempt to prevent demotion especially in open areas. At this job SERVPRO of Southern York County tried for 4 days to dry the wood flooring. After 4 days the levels were still too elevated for comport and the decision was made to remove the flooring.
Upon removal SERVPRO was able to see the trapped moisture on the sub flooring. This excess water would have made it nearly impossible for the wood floors to fully dry out. SERVPRO spent about 2 hours on this job to ensure the flooring was smooth and safe to walk on.
