Odor sealing

SERVPRO has seen many fire losses over the years and over that time have done various types of work. These photos show the before and after of a small fire that happened in the area below. The smoke had come up through the flooring where the odor was trapped in between the sub-flooring and the wood flooring that was there before demolition. SERVPRO of Southern York County provided demolition services as well as applying an odor sealer on the affected areas. This white area will be covered by the new flooring once it is installed, and the odor will not be present.
